To reschedule a reservation, please follow these steps:
1- Open your reservation email and note the 8-digit booking code.
2- Enter the 8-digit code and the exact phone number used for the booking.
3- Click the "Check" button.
4- If the information matches, you can cancel your current reservation.
5- After cancellation, within a few hours you will receive an email with a 6-digit gift code (valid for one booking).
6- Go to the reservation section from the main page.
7- On the right side, you will see a field to enter the 6-digit gift code.
8- Enter the code and click the button below it.
9- If the code is valid, a new booking calendar will be available.

Important notes:
Cancellation is only possible up to 12 hours before the reservation time.
The gift code is valid only for regular sessions and not for special events (e.g., Ostern).
