General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

for Roly Poly Spielhaus

1. Scope of Application

   These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded between Roly Poly Spielhaus and its customers. By using our services, you acknowledge the AGB in the version valid at the time of use.

2. Conclusion of Contract

   The contract between the customer and Roly Poly Spielhaus is concluded when the customer makes a booking via our website, by phone, or directly on-site, and we confirm this booking.

3. Use of Facilities
   1. The use of the play facilities at Roly Poly Spielhaus is at the user's own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of their children.
   2. Parents are liable for their children and for any damage they may cause to the facilities of the Spielhaus.
4. Prices and Payment Conditions
   1. The stated prices are binding and include the statutory VAT.
   2. Payment is made on-site in cash, by EC card, or by credit card, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Reservations and Changes
   1. Reservations are non-cancellable, but they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked time.
6. Vouchers
   1. Vouchers are transferable and can be redeemed by anyone who has the voucher code.
   2. Vouchers cannot be canceled, and no refund of the voucher value is possible.
7. Liability
   1. Roly Poly Spielhaus is only liable for intent and gross negligence unless it concerns injuries to life, body, or health.
   2. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.
8. Data Protection
   1. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on how your data is processed can be found in our privacy policy.
   2. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.
9. House Rules
   1. The instructions of the staff must be followed at all times.
   2. Bringing cakes, food, and drinks for birthday parties requires prior coordination with the management.
10. Final Provisions
    1. If any provision of these AGB is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
    2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
    3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the location of Roly Poly Spielhaus, provided this is legally permissible.
